Early flights from far away
Toronto Pearson suggests arriving about 90 minutes before a domestic flight and 3 to 4 hours before an international one. Add the drive and a long trip starts early: for a 9:00 a.m. flight to the US, a pickup in Kingston would be around 2:55 a.m., and in Ottawa around 1:10 a.m. Our pickups run from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., so for anything earlier call or text (365) 358-3131 and we will tell you if a driver is available.
Coming home from Pearson
Airport pickups run from 2:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. every day. Add your flight number when you book: free waiting lasts up to 2 hours after your flight actually lands. After baggage claim, walk out any arrivals door at Terminal 1 or 3, take a photo of the exit sign and send it to your driver.
Train or private ride?
VIA Rail serves many Eastern Ontario towns, and from Union Station the UP Express reaches Pearson in up to 28 minutes ($12.35 per adult, $9.25 with PRESTO, as listed on upexpress.com in October 2026). Kingston to Toronto takes about 2.5 hours by VIA on average. For one person the train usually costs less; for a family or group, our price covers the whole car and goes door to terminal with no change at Union.
