The shape of the arrival

From wheels-down to the car

What actually happens after you land — and where we meet you.

1

Deplane & follow the signs

Off the aircraft, follow the overhead Arrivals / Baggage signs. Domestic and U.S. arrivals head straight toward baggage; international clears customs first.

2

Immigration & customs

International travellers clear Canada Customs — the Advance CBSA Declaration or a kiosk speeds this up. Passport and declaration ready before the hall.

3

Baggage claim

Check the screens for your carousel. Usually where the wait is — which is fine, because your driver is already tracking your flight.

4

Meet your driver

Once you have your bags, call or text. We meet you at the arrivals pickup level for Terminal 1 or 3 — the exact spot is in your confirmation.

Know before you go

Which terminal are you flying from?

Pearson has two terminals, a shuttle apart — so it is worth a glance at your boarding pass. Either way, your driver meets you at the right terminal.

1

Terminal 1

  • Air Canada & Air Canada Rouge
  • Most Star Alliance partners — United, Lufthansa, Turkish
  • Emirates, and a number of others

Long, but well-signed — allow a few minutes from curb to your gate zone.

3

Terminal 3

  • WestJet & Air Transat
  • American, Delta, British Airways
  • Most other transborder & international carriers

Always confirm on your boarding pass — carriers do move between terminals.

Good to know

Questions we hear before your trip

Where does my driver meet me at Pearson?

Your driver is positioned at your terminal when you land. After baggage claim, you are met at the designated arrivals pickup area for Terminal 1 or 3 — we send clear meeting instructions with your confirmation, and your driver is reachable by phone the whole time.

What if my flight into YYZ is delayed or early?

Nothing you need to do. As the owner-operator, we personally monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pickup to your actual landing — at no extra charge. Add your flight number when you book so we track it automatically.

I am arriving internationally — how long until I am outside?

Plan for roughly 30 to 60 minutes from landing to curb once you factor in taxiing, customs and baggage — longer at peak times. Because we track your flight, you never pay for that wait.

How much is a ride from Pearson back to Durham Region?

Flat-rate from YYZ to Bowmanville, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering and across Durham — the same locked rate as the outbound direction, HST included, no surge even at peak arrival times. Enter your address in the booking tool for an instant quote.

Should I book my pickup before I land?

Yes — pre-book before you fly so a driver is guaranteed and your price is locked. Add your flight number so we track your arrival automatically.
