Getting the whole family to the airport on time is a job in itself. A few choices at booking make the day much easier.
Car seats are free
Booster seats and infant or toddler car seats are free in any of our vehicles. Pick the seat you need when you book, and your driver arrives with it installed. No extra fee, no bringing your own.
Pick the right size of vehicle
- Midsize SUV: up to 4 passengers with 2 to 3 checked bags
- Full Size SUV: up to 6 passengers with 4 carry-ons, or up to 4 passengers with 6 checked bags; good for strollers and car seats
- Mini Van: up to 6 passengers with up to 6 checked bags, for big families and lots of luggage
If you are not sure, choose the bigger vehicle. Strollers and extra bags fill a trunk quickly.
Book early for early flights
Pickups run every day from 4 a.m. to 11 p.m., and for early morning departures it is best to book the night before. The minimum notice is 1 hour, and we recommend at least 2.
Waiting time is built in
At home we wait up to 30 minutes after your pickup time, free, because shoes and last-minute bathroom trips happen. At the airport, pickup is free up to 2 hours after your flight lands.
