Winter in Ontario can turn a 45-minute drive into 90. Here is how to plan an airport trip when the weather turns.
Leave more time, not more money
Our prices are fixed when you book, with no surge pricing. A snowstorm can slow the 401, but it will not change your fare. What it does change is timing, so give yourself a buffer.
Timing tips for departures
- Check the forecast the evening before and book a slightly earlier pickup if snow is coming
- For early flights, book the night before; pickups start at 4 a.m.
- Our departures guide helps you work back from your flight time
Arrivals are covered
If your flight is delayed by weather, we track it and your driver adjusts, free. Pickup is free up to 2 hours after you actually land.
If your flight is cancelled
When the airline cancels or reschedules, the full amount you paid becomes ride credit at any time. Send us the airline's notice.
Long trips in winter
For longer trips, especially from the west side (about 70 km or more from Pearson), booking 48 hours ahead and paying online may be required. Booking early also gives you the best chance of the vehicle you want during busy holiday weeks.
