A private ride is about 55 km, roughly 50 min without traffic, from the terminal to your door. By transit, take UP Express to Union Station (up to 28 minutes), then the GO Lakeshore East train to Ajax GO, and get home from the station.
For one person, transit is usually cheaper. For two or more people with bags, our price is for the whole car (up to 4 passengers in a Midsize SUV, 6 in a Full Size SUV or Mini Van) and there is no change at Union.

After baggage claim, walk out any arrivals door at Terminal 1 or 3, take a photo of the exit sign and send it to your driver. Your driver’s details email has your driver’s phone and the “Track your ride” link; your PIN appears there 30 minutes before pickup.
