Landing after a long flight is tiring enough. Here is exactly what happens when we pick you up at Toronto Pearson (YYZ), so there are no surprises.
Before you land
When you book, add your airline and flight number. We track your flight live, so if it lands early or late, your driver's timing moves with it. You don't need to call us.
After you land: take your time
Your driver can pick you up any time up to 2 hours after your flight actually lands, free. Customs lines and slow bags are not your problem.
- Go through customs and collect your bags at your own pace
- Turn your phone back on; your driver's details are in your booking email
- Head to the arrivals exit your booking names
Meeting your driver
Every trip starts with a PIN check between you and your driver, so you always get into the right car. If you would like someone from our local staff to meet you inside the airport, ask when you book; it needs to be arranged in advance.
The ride home
Your price was fixed when you booked: HST included, no meter and no surge, even if traffic on the 401 is slow. Chilled water is in the car, and child car seats are free when you request them at booking.
