Toronto Pearson has two passenger terminals, Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. They are not next to each other, so knowing yours before you leave home saves stress.
How to check your terminal
- Look at your airline booking or boarding pass; it usually names the terminal
- Check your airline's website or app on the day you fly
- Use Pearson's live flight page (linked in our footer) to see your flight
As a general rule, Air Canada and its partners mostly use Terminal 1, while WestJet and many other airlines use Terminal 3. Airlines do change, so always confirm for your own flight.
Tell us when you book
When you book a ride to or from Pearson, choose your airline and add your flight number. That tells your driver which terminal to go to, and for arrivals it lets us track your flight.
Arriving at Pearson
After landing, take your time with customs and bags. Your driver can pick you up any time up to 2 hours after you actually land, at no extra charge. Our Pearson arrivals guide walks through it step by step.
