What happens when your flight is late (and why it won't cost you more)

Flights run late all the time: weather, a slow gate, a long taxi to the terminal. With Airport Run, a late flight changes nothing about your price.

We follow your flight

When you book with your flight number, we watch it live. If your landing time moves, your driver's arrival moves with it, at no extra charge.

Free waiting after you land

At Pearson and Billy Bishop, your driver can pick you up any time up to 2 hours after your flight actually lands. That covers customs, baggage and a coffee if you need one.

Your price stays the same

Your fare is set when you book. There is no meter and no surge pricing, so a two-hour delay or a jammed highway does not add a cent.

If the airline cancels your flight

If the airline cancels or reschedules your flight, the full amount you paid becomes ride credit at any time. Just send us the airline's notice.

Changing your own plans

If you change your pickup date or time yourself, it costs 15% of the ride total, subject to availability. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup get no refund or credit, so let us know early. The full rules are in our terms.
